Product Introduction:

Produced in the central and southern part of Chile, where the climate is Mediterranean. There is abundant rainfall in winter and a large temperature difference between day and night.
The sweetness of fresh plums is above 20.
Ripe plums should exude a rich sweet fragrance without any strange odors. They have a soft texture, tender flesh, abundant juice, and the separation force between the peel and the flesh should be moderate.

Harvest season: February - April every year
