The Boysenberry is a North American berry hybridized from raspberries, blackberries, and loganberries. It is rich in substances such as anthocyanins and folic acid, has antioxidant properties, can reduce the risk of cancer, and has unique health - care functions.
Currently, it is mainly planted in the United States and New Zealand. Anthocyanins (a pigment beneficial to the eyes that promotes blood circulation) content in it is more than six times that of blueberries.
