Cashew apple pulp

Product Introduction:

The cashew apple is a false fruit that grows on cashew trees.

The fruit of the cashew tree is actually composed of two parts: the upper part is a fleshy false fruit formed by the expansion of the flower receptacle, called a "cashew apple"; the lower part is the familiar kidney-shaped nut, which is the true cashew seed. In their natural state, these two parts are connected to form a complete cashew fruit.

The cashew apple has a soft and juicy texture, with a sweet and sour taste similar to that of a crispy pear. Due to its tannin content, it has a slight astringency, and some people describe its texture as similar to that of a nearly ripe persimmon. Overall, it has both sweet and refreshing fruity acid flavors.
